Terms of service

The service. Intelligent Bookmark stores bookmarks you choose to sync or import and offers search and optional AI features. Browser bookmarks are never changed by us.

Your account. Keep your password safe. One person per account. Don't use the service to store illegal content or to attack, scrape or overload it; fair-use limits apply to every plan.

Plans and billing. Every payment is one-time: a plan runs for the 1 month or 1 year you paid for and never renews automatically. When it ends you move to the Free plan. One-time add-ons don't expire. Payments are non-refundable — see the refund policy. Prices may change for future purchases.

AI features. AI answers can be wrong — always check the linked bookmarks. With your own API key, your provider's terms and charges apply.

Your data. Your bookmarks are yours. We don't sell them. See the privacy policy.

Liability. The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
